Summit Heating Ltd started trading in 2014 and since then, our business has gone from strength to strength. In early 2019, we extended our range of services to include building management and maintenance, and so Summit Building was formed.
This has enabled us to offer our commercial and private clients a one-stop shop, catering for all of their construction and heating needs.
We are Gas Safe Registered, Oftec Registered and HETAS approved, but that’s not all. If it is a project management service you are seeking, we hold the SMSTS qualification too and are happy to work with other contractors.
With a strong team of bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, plasterers, plumbers, heating engineers, painters and decorators and even a project manager all at your disposal, you will not find a stronger team of friendly professionals than the team here at Summit Building.
Initial Site Visit
The first time you make contact with us, we will arrange a site visit at a time to suit you. The purpose of our visit is to assess the site and discuss your requirements with you.
Following our site visit, you can expect to receive your tailored estimate within four weeks, depending on the size of the project.
